The ProStart programs supplement academic instruction with a 400-hour paid mentored internship. Employers can develop a stronger workforce by providing meaningful work experience to students.

Employers agree to pay students commensurate with their position and assign a mentoring supervisor. Supervisors will sign off as students complete the competencies.
